**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive **B2C sales** through **telesales and consultations**, converting qualified leads into paying customers.
- Understand customers’ health and fitness goals to recommend **personalized wellness plans**.
- Consistently achieve and **exceed monthly sales targets**.
- Manage customer data, follow-ups, and maintain accuracy in the **CRM system**.
- Build trust and **long-term relationships** with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with **1-3 years of B2C sales experience**.
- Strong **communication, persuasion, and closing skills**.
- Prior experience in **healthcare, fitness, weight loss, or wellness** domains preferred.
- Must be **based in Delhi** and open to **hybrid work mode** (onsite at GK-II).
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
