Qualification - B.Com / M.Com

**Experience - Min 3+years of experience as a MIS executive.**

Salary - Upto 35k CTC

Location - Bhawanpur (Roorkee)

**Job Summary**:
To manage and analyze financial and operational data to prepare timely and accurate MIS reports for the Accounts Department. The MIS Executive will ensure effective monitoring of financial performance, support in budgeting and forecasting, and assist management in strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to Accounts and Finance.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial data from various departments to prepare management reports.
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, and expense tracking.
- Generate reports related to sales, purchases, collections, and profitability analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Prepare reconciliation statements (Bank, Vendor, Customer, etc.).
- Develop and automate reports using Excel, Power BI, or ERP tools for efficiency.
- Maintain financial data integrity and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.
- Present analytical insights to support management decision-making.

**SKILLS**
- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).
