**Role & Responsibilities**
- **Design Development**:Create innovative and practical architectural designs for residential, commercial, or institutional buildings.

Develop conceptual sketches, renderings, and architectural drawings that communicate design intent effectively.
- **Client Collaboration**:Consult with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints.

Present design proposals and concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback and preferences into the design process.
- **Project Management**:Manage the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to coordinate project execution.
- **Code and Regulation Compliance**:Ensure designs adhere to building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.

Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.
- **Technical Drawings**:Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Prepare construction documents that include floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- **Material Selection**:Research and recommend appropriate building materials, finishes, and construction methods to achieve design objectives and sustainability goals.
- **Budget Management**:Collaborate with project managers to ensure that designs are within budget constraints.

Evaluate cost estimates and make adjustments to design elements as needed.
- **Sustainability and Environmental Considerations**:Integrate sustainable design principles and practices to promote energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.
- **Site Visits and Inspections**:Conduct site visits during construction to ensure adherence to design specifications and resolve any design-related issues.
- **Documentation and Communication**:Maintain organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative design solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of producing accurate and comprehensive architectural drawings.
- Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with sustainable design principles is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
