**Location**: Tagore Medical College and Hospital
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative functions across college and hospital departments.
- Ensure compliance with medical council and university regulations, documentation, and inspections.
- Maintain student and faculty records, and support admission, examination, and affiliation processes.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth functioning and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare administrative reports, circulars, and official communications.
- Liaise with government bodies, accreditation authorities, and affiliating universities.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance functions.
- Support the management in policy implementation and audit preparedness.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration / Business Administration / any relevant field.
- Proficiency in documentation, and administrative systems.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with NMC/NABH/NIRF/NAAC guidelines is a strong advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
