Job Summary:
A Jr. Systems Administrator / System Admin Executive is responsible for readiness of the system

requirements with the smooth, timely configuration and maintenance of an organisation’s all the IT

Assets with proper System and Data security. The role usually sits within the IT department and

being to work closely with all the teams throughout the business to ensure the uninterrupted

performance and operation.

A Jr. Systems Admin job description must highlight the need for thorough technical knowledge, as

well as an ability to work either independently or with the help of senior resources, whilst manage

multiple environments simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- All the IT system and Network monitoring
- New accounts set-up and active directory administration
- Design new computer systems and server performance
- Run reports on system performance for team and wider organisation
- Optimise processes and lead process improvement
- Manage staff and user credentials and frameworks
- Manage and monitor Office 365 services and all the IT related assets
- Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access

monitoring
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to cloud services
- Assist with the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and

support.
- Administer and support Office 365
- Manage all the
- Provide AV, Teleconferencing, Video Conferencing, etc. technical assistance
- Responsible for upgrading the windows servers with latest Cumulative updates, monitor
- Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with resolution
- Adhere to strict Information Systems security guidelines in all cases
- Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-duty service
