**Job Description: International Voice Process Executive**

**Location**: Perungudi, Chennai
**Work Hours**: 7 PM to 4 AM (Monday to Friday)
**Salary Range**: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Job Overview**: We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our International Voice Process team. You will handle queries related to insurance processes for international clients, primarily focusing on the US and UK markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to international clients.
- Address client inquiries regarding insurance processes, policy details, and claims.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Understand and interpret various US/UK accents.
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Any degree (freshers welcome).
- 0-3 years of experience in a voice process or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to comprehend different accents and respond appropriately.
- Basic knowledge of insurance processes is a plus but not mandatory.
