**Your Role**:
We are looking for **Associate**-**Finance** to join the Finance team. You will work with Innovaccer’s Finance team to drive financial operation for the company.
**A Day in the Life at Innovaccer**:
- Review vendor agreements and ensure for other related form/Certificate like GST Reg Certificate/PAN/MSME Certificate and maintain the vendor master on real time basis.
- Review and validate basic requirements of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice, invoice date etc. and maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices / queries are handled taking based on the exception tracker.
- Review and approve vendor invoices and ensuring correctness of accounting.
- Review and get the approval from the respective HODs before processing vendor payments and outstanding dues. Maintain the vendor tracker on real time basis and make sure the payment is done within the due dates.
- AP related financial closing activities like maintaining AP ageing, vendor reconciliation and raising intercompany debit notes.
- Good knowledge about deduction of TDS and TDS Sections under which TDS is deducted.
- Adequate knowledge about GST.
- Submission of AP related audit requirements.
- Foreign Payments.
- Familiar with Global AP process.
- Coordinate with the advisory/audit firm in the preparation schedules and other related compliances. Liaising with the bank, assist in the budget/projection related thing.
**Preferred experience**:
- 1-2 years of experience in India Accounts Payable in the industry/company. SaaS product or IT company is preferred.
- CA Inter/MBA(F)/Post-graduate or other equivalent qualification.
- Basic understanding of **Indian GAAP accounting related to expenses/payments/payroll/fixed assets/depreciation.**:
- Good verbal and written business English **communication skills**.
- Adequate knowledge of **Financial Statements & books of accounts.**:
