**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **creative, passionate, and experienced Content Creator and Social Media Executive** to manage our jewelry brand’s online presence across **Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook**.
This is not just a posting job — we need someone who _lives and breathes content creation,_ loves **storytelling around jewelry**, and can shoot, edit, and design stunning content that connects with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Shoot high-quality Reels and short videos featuring jewelry styling, behind-the-scenes, customer testimonials, product showcases, unboxing, styling tips, etc.
- Write engaging captions, storylines, and scripts.
- Capture aesthetically appealing product photos and videos.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan, create, post, and manage daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Handle posting, scheduling, engagement (comments, DMs), and community building.
- Understand platform trends, hashtags, and audio trends to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Editing & Design**:

- Edit videos using professional editing software (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
- Create eye-catching designs and graphics using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Edit product images and enhance visual presentation.
- **Strategy & Growth**:

- Brainstorm and implement creative campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Track insights, performance, and analytics to improve content strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Executive (Minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong interest and passion for **jewelry, fashion, and lifestyle** content creation.
- Ability to shoot and direct Reels, Shorts, and small-scale shoots independently.
- Proficiency in photo/video editing software and graphic design tools.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of motion graphics, GIFs, and creative animations.
- Prior experience working for a **jewelry or fashion brand** is a big plus.
- Basic knowledge of paid ads and promotions (optional but good to have).
