Role & Responsibilities_**

**1.** Should have good knowledge of anchoring or presenting in front of camera

**2**. Must have excellent communication skills in at least 2 languages : Hindi & English

**3**. Must have good acting & vocal skills (pitch, amplification etc).

**4**. You have a high sense of
**_ownership _**and responsibility towards any task in hand

**5.** You have
**_basic understanding of the Health-tech industry_** and adapt to any changes that might come unannounced since Youtube audience change based on current trends

**6.** You have high aspiration to grow the Youtube channel(s) and give the best outcome by various Standard Methods and our own experiments of trial and error to see what's best for your audience

**7.**
**_Stakeholder Management_** - You are an excellent coordinator with various stakeholders and a team player in conveying all things in detail- You’ll need to coordinate with multiple teams within youtube and get the required result (Script Writers/ Program Managers/ Creative Team etc)-
- You’ll manage smooth functioning between teams with effective communications and transparency (Youtube/ Social Media & others as required)-
- It will be your job to keep different people on the same page for the ongoing projects.**8.** You have a constant
**_eagerness to research_** the industry and implement best practices whenever necessary

**9.**
**_Attention to detail and promptness_**

**10**. Eager to learn and
**_analyze your performance_** on various platforms & improve towards betterment based on audience engagement, interaction & Youtube analytics data.

**11.** You can come up with
**_creative ideas_** for better performance and can convince the team to work on it

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1.
**_Excellent Communication Skills_** ( Hindi
**AND **English preferred)
- 2. Proficiency in other regional languages appreciated
- 3. Ability to work with tight deadlines and making time for various teams as & when required (YT/ Social Media)

**Preferred**:

- 0 - 1 Years Vlogging/ Anchoring/ presentation experience
