**Anchor cum Producer for Real Estate YouTube Channel**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, produce and present high-quality video content on various topics related to real estate.
- Research, write and edit scripts for videos.
- Collaborate with other team members to create content that is informative and engaging for our target audience.
- Conduct interviews with real estate experts and industry leaders.
- Coordinate with the video production team to ensure smooth production and timely delivery of videos.
- Monitor and analyze audience engagement to optimize content for better engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news to ensure that content is relevant and informative.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in anchoring as well as scriptwriting for videos.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
- Good knowledge of video production techniques and software.
- Understanding of real estate and business journalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently.
