**Key Responsibilitie**s: Responsible for driving overall sales performance and achieving revenue targets for the company
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the entire sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met
- Coordinate and oversee client site visits to ensure high engagement and increased conversion rates
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and builders/developers for project coordination and alignment
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sales service
- Analyze real estate market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure high-quality lead generation and conversion
- Ensure timely closures, follow-up on payments, and smooth coordination for documentation and legal compliance
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review
- Represent the company in project launches, client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events

Pay: ₹160,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
