**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitates the onboarding of new customers.
- Prepare SBO’s/PI’s/ on the request of the sales team, while assisting when it comes to inquires such as incoming stock and inventory in addition to assisting with Tendering.
- Validates and executes orders in accordance SOP’s and timelines while working closely with logistics.
- Coordinate with finance regarding customers credit limits, payment terms and receivables from customers.
- Examining the incoming stock to plan the outgoing orders respectively along with procurement.
- Escalate issues or stoppages that occur during the order or shipment process.
- Identify and highlight complications and obstacles in the ERP system or Processes for review and streamlining.
- Ensures the ERP system is updated of all necessary documents and customer records accurately.
- Prepare ad hoc reports when necessary.
- Plan and oversee orders, while keeping up-to-date regarding customs and customer requirements.
- Supervise region specific orders as designated by team lead.
- India Imports and exports along with Tenders

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
