**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
- Close sales opportunities and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
- Maintain and update sales records in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the automation and electric products industry.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in inside sales, with a strong track record in sales closing.
- Prior experience in the automation or electric products industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
