**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute high-quality Flash animations for various digital platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.

Collaborate with designers and creative directors to understand project requirements and translate concepts into engaging animations.

Take ownership of animation projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Provide creative input and innovative ideas to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling of animations.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve animation techniques and processes.

**Requirements**:
Extensive experience in Flash animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in Adobe Animate (formerly Flash) and other relevant animation software.

Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling techniques.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback.

Experience mentoring and guiding junior animators is a plus.
