**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify potential clients in need of security services such as bouncers, PSOs, guards, and manpower staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard new clients.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the security services industry.
- Evaluate competitors and develop unique value propositions.
- **Lead Generation & Management**:

- Maintain a database of prospects and follow up regularly to convert leads.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Create marketing campaigns to highlight Unborn Secure LLP's expertise in security services.
- Leverage digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads to reach target audiences.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide after-sales support and address client concerns promptly.
- **Collaborative Planning**:

- Work with the marketing and operations team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements to marketing strategies.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the security or facility management sector.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹85,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
