Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in B2B marketing and sales of manpower outsourcing services, specifically in Security Services, Housekeeping, and Facility Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and driving revenue growth across public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business in Security and Housekeeping manpower services.
  • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site inspections to understand client requirements.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, procurement teams, and admin heads.
  • Manage the entire business development lifecycle including lead generation, pitching, proposal drafting, negotiations, and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and recruitment teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends, market activities, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate reporting using CRM tools or Excel-based trackers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales/marketing of manpower outsourcing (Security, Housekeeping, Facility Management).
  • Strong network and market intelligence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Willing to travel Pan India as per business needs.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing or related field preferred).
