**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of juices and faloodas according to traditional recipes and our own unique specifications.
- Experiment with different fruits, ingredients, and techniques to develop new recipes that could be added to our menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the beverage preparation area.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stock levels are maintained, informing management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Operate and maintain all juice and beverage equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and the production of high-quality beverages for consumption.
- Interact with customers, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences and dietary needs.
- Manage inventory of fruits and other supplies needed for daily operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Juice or Beverage Maker, with specific experience in making faloodas highly regarded.
- Knowledge of various fruit handling and juice extraction techniques.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
- Creativity in mixing and matching ingredients to create innovative drinks.
- Strong understanding of hygiene and safety regulations related to food and beverage preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:
