**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of Coffee, mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to customer orders
- Ensure that all beverages are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the juice bar area, including cleaning equipment, organizing ingredients, and restocking supplies
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, including answering questions about ingredients and flavors
- Promote the restaurant's beverage menu and specials to guests
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to guests
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as food preparation or cleaning duties

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience as a juice maker or similar role preferred
- Ability to use and maintain bar counter equipment, such as coffee machines, blenders, juicers, and mixers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
