1. To ensure the following so far as Insurance Business of the Region is concerned.
2. Branch Wise & Region Target are achieved Month on Month.
3. To ensure that every branch is activated with Insurance Business every month.
4. To ensure that all issues pertaining to Insurance Business are resolved at the
minimum time. To ensure the awareness level of Insurance Products &
procedure amongst the branches by One to One Training to Branch Staff.
5. To motivate the staff of every branch about Insurance Business by either
personally visiting
6. The branches or by telephone.
7. Work Schedule per day : Branch Visit : at least 2 per day.Customer Visit : at least
5-6 Customers per day. Telephonically: Should talk to at least all Branches every
day.

Business Objective per day : Varies as per target of that particular month. But
achievement of the target of the entire region should be ensured.

Experience : - 1 to 4 Years (Insurance experience only)

Salary : - 18,000 to 23,000/- Gross salary(Only Metro Cities)

Gender : - Male/Female

Age : - 20 to 30 Years

Designation : - Insurance executive/Sr. Insurance executive

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
