**Responsibilities**:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Sitaram Jewels.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Actively engage with clients to understand their preferences, tastes, and jewelry requirements, providing personalized recommendations and advice.

Collaborate closely with our design and production teams to facilitate custom orders, ensuring clients' unique vision is brought to life.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to provide insights and recommendations for product development and enhancement.

Plan and execute client appreciation events, exclusive previews, and other engagement activities to foster a sense of belonging and strengthen client relationships.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, maximizing revenue potential while maintaining a consultative and customer-centric approach.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, product launches, and promotions to attract and retain clients.

Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive measures to address any concerns and improve overall client experience.

Prepare regular reports on client engagement, sales performance, and market trends, providing actionable recommendations to the management team.

**Requirements**:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening and clear articulation.

Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills to identify opportunities and close deals.

Passion for the jewelry industry, with a keen eye for design and trends.

Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in order processing, documentation, and client information management.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Fluency in multiple languages (an asset).
