**Job Title**: Telecaller Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and tenacious Telecaller to contribute to our team. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to customers over the phone, inform them about our products or services, and achieve your calling targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make multiple outbound calls to potential clients to discuss products or services.
- Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer and adjust the script as necessary based on the audience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues by providing detailed information.
- Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information in the CRM system.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in telecalling/sales is preferred.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Ability to be on phone for extended periods.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
