Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Caller to join our team. As a Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and providing them with information about our products or services. Your goal will be to engage customers, answer their questions, and generate sales leads. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with others and has excellent phone etiquette.

**Duties**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Provide information about products or services
- Answer customer questions and address concerns
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
- Enter customer data accurately into the system
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage call volume effectively
- Basic data entry skills to accurately record customer information
- Bilingual abilities in additional languages are a bonus
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
