**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Coordination**: Assist in the planning and execution of business operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- **Administrative Support**: Manage office supplies, handle correspondence, and support senior management with various administrative tasks.
- **Client Interaction**: Liaise with clients, addressing their queries and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation as required.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing business events, meetings, and conferences.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update business data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvements and contribute to the development of more efficient business practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
