**About the role**:
Sr. Product Designer at Meesho will take up few large charters of Meesho, like growth, reseller experience, fulfillment and engagement. The lead will be at the center of all actions, leading the efforts from the front.
A day in the life of a Product Designer at Meesho will involve discussions and deliberations with stakeholders of different business and product verticals, understanding their requirements, managing and designing for those requirements, be involved in user research to understand the use cases and behaviors of our resellers, contribute to setting up best design practices and communicate extensively across the organization related to work.
**Responsibilities**:
Every design and product experience has a significant impact on our resellers. Apart from discovery and engagement, the core of our business metrics, there is a large part of gamification, aspirational and behavioral models that are built to positively impact the reseller’s lives. We have a Challenges(gamification and reseller revenue growth), Community(a social and engagement tool for help and support), Meesho Business Academy(an educational content and platform). From educational and motivational content helping the resellers ace up their business, to tools and products that allow them to engage and serve their customers better every aspect of the productrequires deep understanding of the resellers. Their trials and tribulations, their environment, their motivations in lives, their emotional needs and their need to be financially independent. We build products that are helpful to those needs, products that respond to those aspirations.
- We are looking for individuals who have research based approach to problem solving. One who can coordinate research and build meaningful products based on insights.
2. Deep understanding of B2C dynamics and B2B complexities.
3. Fundamentals of NPS, Conversion driven business models and gamification rules
4. Strong hold on Visual Aesthetics, that consider digital capabilities, local sensibilities and platform constraints. Build strong design process and culture
