We are looking out for Education/Academic Counselor & Sales Executive with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Education Counseling/Sales (Prior experience in the education sector is preferred).

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Ensure achievement of targets of walk-ins and sales (Courses plus Ad Hoc products & Services)
- Counseling all walk-ins and effective follow-up with the prospects regularly and converting the walk-ins into closures.
- Telesales and sound understanding of our Academy
- Good convincing and communication skills.
- Achieve the sales target through different marketing and advertising campaigns
- Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output
- Interaction with students on a routine basis
- Clarifying of doubts of students and parents
- Managing fee structure & fee software of different programs
- Monitor class schedules to ensure a smooth running of classes
- Handling assigned administrative responsibilities

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to speak in English and Hindi.
- Team player passionate about sales
- Good Convincing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge about distance education and online education

Good in computer skills
- Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
