We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products or services, generate sales leads, and schedule appointments. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospects using provided contact lists.
- Introduce our products/services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Handle objections and concerns raised by prospects and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance sales skills and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales/marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
