**Position Summary**

As a member of the Marketing team, the Graphic Design Associate will be viewed as a trusted expert and advisor on the creation of compelling client-ready materials and the adherence to Bridgespan brand standards. Reporting to the Graphic Design Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring that communications and presentations from The Bridgespan Group are clear, professional and have high-quality visual content. Bridgespan is a highly collaborative work environment and the Graphic designer will support and work with teams across Bridgespan on a regular basis.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Visual Communications Responsibilities:

- Produce/polish high quality, PowerPoint presentations. Microsoft Word documents, and other presentation materials with particular emphasis on clarity, accuracy, speed, and consistency in layout, design and overall look and feel
- Help visualize complex data-driven concepts in clear, compelling and simple formats. A lot of Bridgespan’s consulting work is data-driven so it is important to understand how data informs decision -making and be able to communicate what are often complex ideas and concepts in a simple way that audiences can understand them.
- Advise teams on visual design to help communicate complex concepts and improve layout / appearance of presentations and promotional materials
- Collaborate with Graphic Design Manager to develop marketing collateral as needed to support client development and audience engagement efforts by various teams across Bridgespan
- Support creation of Annual Report in WordPress and other special projects as needed

Brand/Design Standards:

- Ensure company-wide visual brand standards are being implemented across platforms and marketing mediums
- Train new staff members to on brand standards and use in PowerPoint templates

Digital/Web Responsibilities:

- Format, resize and archive staff photographs
- Design graphics for various social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Maintain photo and icon library
- Support with updates to region-specific websites that reflect latest relevant Bridgespan research and local events as appropriate

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in production-oriented role or design function.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign Photoshop, Acrobat) is required. Must be proficient in desktop publishing software packages on PC platform including but not limited to: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, experience in WordPress is a plus. Proficiency with web-based editing highly preferred.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- A strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading Ability to both problem solve independently and work collaboratively. Ability to independently prioritize across multiple projects simultaneously and meet all deadlines with flawless deliverables
- Ability to be creative within brand and understand mission, nuance of nonprofit world and bring warmth and human elements to all materials
- Experience working in professional services and nonprofit environments preferred; experience working in consulting valued
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to allow for collaboration with team members based in other geographies
- Ideally someone who wants to be in a mission driven environment and have social impact

**Location and Remote Work Flexibility**

All Bridgespanner’s joining in Mumbai are expected to work in the Bridgespan Mumbai office at least 3 days per week. This policy is designed to offer meaningful opportunity
