We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will work on projects spanning across various media types and channels to create compelling visual communication and design solutions. You will be working closely with our team of designers, developers, and marketing professionals to conceptualize, design and deliver world-class creative projects.

Responsibilities.
- Designing websites or mobile apps, including creating wireframes and user interface designs
- Developing marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, fliers, trade show booths, infomercials, direct mail campaigns, and advertisements for print or social media
- Creating visual concepts for public relations campaigns such as corporate identity packages, brochures, annual reports, and signage
- Create engaging visual designs that effectively communicate the message and align with the brand identity
- Preparing digital or printed presentations that visually convey information about products or services
- Developing graphic designs for print or digital media such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, packaging, websites, and billboards
- Conducting research on target audiences to determine the best approach for a campaign or project and ability to produce the same with limited resources.
- Reviewing advertising campaigns to ensure they meet regulatory standards for truth in advertising and compliance with industry practices
- Analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques and share your knowledge with the team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication design, storytelling or related field (Advertising experience preferred)
- Proven experience in driving content ideas and executions.
- Proficient in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects,Premier Pro etc.
- Excellent design skills, including typography, layout, and color theory
- Photography and Videography skills required (Prior experience with professional cameras, gopro etc)
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts and ideas effectively
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- A portfolio that showcases your best design work, demonstrating your understanding of design principles and your ability to create compelling visual communication

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
