**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about products/services.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Maintain records of conversations and customer information in a database.
- Engage in active listening to identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Manage a large volume of calls daily while maintaining professionalism and quality.

**Key Requirements**:
