We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers for our education and training institute in Patiala.
If you have a pleasing voice, strong communication skills, and the ability to convince clients over the phone, this opportunity is for you

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Make outgoing calls to potential students and parents.
- Explain our training programs and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain records of calls and follow-ups.
- Build positive relationships with clients and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Meet daily/weekly targets related to calls and conversions.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Clear and confident speaking voice
- Strong convincing power & polite attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM entry)
- Ability to handle objections smartly
- Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English
- Positive, energetic & self-motivated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
