Position Overview:
As a Creative Designer at TripOn Holidays, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing and effective design solutions for a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize and Design: Generate creative ideas and concepts for various design projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, web design, and more.

2. Graphic Design: Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with the project requirements and brand guidelines.

3. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

4. Stay Current: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to consistently deliver fresh and innovative designs.

5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all design deliverables meet the highest quality standards and aligns

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional design experience.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
