**Location**: Mumbai, India
**Commitment**: 4-5 hours per day, Monday to Friday
**Internship Duration**: 6 months (with potential for full-time based on performance)

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a skilled **Podcast Video Editor & Reels Editor** to join our team. If you have hands-on experience in editing **podcasts and short-form video content (reels, shorts, highlights)** and a keen eye for engaging storytelling through visuals, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Podcast Editing**:

- Edit and enhance long-form **video podcasts**, ensuring smooth transitions, clear audio, and engaging visuals.
- Sync multiple camera angles, refine background noise, and maintain high-quality production standards.
- Add **captions, graphics, and branding elements** to improve viewer engagement.

**Reels & Short-Form Video Editing**:

- Create compelling short-form video content for platforms like **Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok** using engaging cuts, text overlays, and dynamic effects.
- Repurpose podcast highlights into **bite-sized, high-impact clips** for social media distribution.
- Optimize video format, aspect ratios, and content style to maximize reach and engagement.

**Creative Enhancement**:

- Implement **color grading, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics** to make content visually appealing.
- Work closely with the creative team to maintain a consistent brand identity across all videos.

**Collaboration & Workflow Management**:

- Maintain an organized workflow, ensuring timely delivery of edited videos.
- Coordinate with content creators, hosts, and social media managers to align editing with content strategy.

**Requirements**:

- **Must-have experience in podcast and reels editing** (share your portfolio or previous work).
- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software**.
- Strong understanding of **storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics** for engaging digital content.
- Familiarity with **audio enhancement tools** to ensure clear, high-quality sound.
- Ability to **work independently and meet deadlines** in a fast-paced content environment.

**Job Types**: Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
