Job Title : Senior Manager - FP&A
Functional Area : Financial Planning & Analysis
Reports To : Sr. General Manager - FP&A
Contract Duration : 3 months, Convertable to permanent hiring
Key Accountabilities - Responsible for monthly MIS for the company - Scrutinize General Ledger for Variances - Monthly/Quarterly/Annual analysis of various performance indicators and reporting of variances in indicators such as: o Revenue for each Region/Location/Team o Profitability for each Region/Location/Team o Receivables/DSOs, etc. o Budgets v/s Actuals comparisons for each cost centre. - Create various Trends of above-mentioned key indicators, and present to the Management and respective stake holders to facilitate appropriate action. - Support in analysis of sales for rolling forecasts. - Track financial indicators of Working Capital - Participate actively in monthly rolling forecasts. - Responsible for collecting, analysing, and compiling information for annual budget. - Provide financial information and analytical support to internal customers as and when required. - Support in inputs for annual cost audit and preparation of long-range Strategy Plans. - Leading the project for Process improvement.
Eligibility criteria - CA - Qualified - 6 - 8 years of relevant experience - Working experience in SAP - Expert knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Power-point - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must have analytical ability and clarity of thought.
