**Job Summary**

As a Sr. Developer you will play a critical role in designing developing and implementing data integration solutions using ETL tools and technologies. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration. Your expertise in PL/SQL Talend and Unix Shell Scripting will be essential in optimizing data processes and enhancing business intelligence capabilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement ETL processes using Talend ETL to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for data warehousing projects.
- Administer Talend Administration Centre to manage and monitor ETL jobs and workflows.
- Design and maintain data integration solutions to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Implement scheduling basics to automate ETL processes and ensure timely data availability.
- Use Unix Shell Scripting to automate routine tasks and enhance system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data integration.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing validation and error-handling mechanisms.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Document ETL processes and data integration workflows for future reference and maintenance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data warehousing and ETL.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data integration practices and methodologies.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Demonstrate expertise in PL/SQL and SQL for database management and optimization.
- Have hands-on experience with Talend ETL and Talend Administration Centre.
- Show proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting for automation and task management.
- Exhibit knowledge of scheduling basics for efficient ETL process management.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
