**Recruitment for Canada ( Opening for Line Cook)**
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods using various methods to the highest standard
- Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor supplies
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Maintain full knowledge of the menus and its standards of execution.
- Ensure all mise en place is fresh and prepared for the stations and report any shortages to the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards set out by the Chef

**Requirements**:

- Education: Completion of high school is required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Repetitive tasks, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Handling heavy loads (Up to 23kg - 50 lbs.).
- Personal Suitability: Judgement, Flexibility, Team player, Organized, Initiative, Dependability, Reliability, Effective interpersonal skills
- Language: English is required
