**JD FOR CANDIDATE**

**1. Coordination with Marketing and Product Development**:
l Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities, including campaigns, product launches, and events.

l Assist the Director in the development of sales pitches, presentations, and product positioning strategies.

**2. Order Processing and Documentation**:
l Oversee and ensure accuracy in sales order processing, documentation, and invoicing.

l Maintain records of orders, sales agreements, and customer communication.

l Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements during sales transactions.

**3. Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination**:
l Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels based on sales forecasts and orders.

l Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of raw materials or finished products.

**4. Vendor and Distributor Relations**:
l Assist the Director in negotiating with distributors, OEMs, and industrial clients.

l Maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure smooth operations across the supply chain.

**Compliance and Policy Adherence**:
l Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations.

l Keep updated with the latest legal and regulatory requirements related to lubricant manufacturing and sales.

Provides sales support for overall order-to-cash process coordination, e.g coordination in customer master maintenance, vendor master set-up and volume rebate handling

Development of Customers (Phase 1 only Google Search).

Transporters material update/status and coordinating with transporters.

Tracking Courier of Parties.

Calling Experience: Out of 8 hours 3-4 hours is calling work i.e. followups.

Coordinating other activities in organization.

Building relations with existing Customers, take Lubricants orders, creating performa invoice, getting material processed which means getting approved within organization. Getting Collected advance payments in account and When product is ready in Manufacturing unit then processing delivery of material and coordinating with customer. And providing solution to customer queries.

**Other Requirements**:
1. Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

4. Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.

5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

6. Strong organizational and time management skills.

MS OFFICE - Specially (Word & Excel), searching on google, should have expertise in these.

All verbal coordinations in Hindi.

All written communications in English. If cannot write english, can be managed.

Travelling distance from belapur should be Maximum 1 Hour one sided preferably.

We require a person who wish to learn everything. Our requirement is person should do all profiles. we will give tasks of all kinds of office works related to computers, phone calling, billing, typing, google search etc etc. We expect a person to be flexible in doing all kinds of tasks.

MS OFFICE - Specially (Word & Excel), searching on google, should have expertise in these.

All verbal coordinations in Hindi. All written communications in English. If cannot write english, can be managed.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
