**About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Logistics Supervisor** to oversee the movement, storage, and inventory management of critical equipment and materials within our data center and server room operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all assets are handled efficiently, safely, and in compliance with security protocols, contributing directly to the uptime and performance of our data center infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery of servers, networking equipment, and related materials.
- Manage inventory control, including tracking, storage, and distribution of data center components.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and maintenance teams to streamline supply chain activities and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with safety, quality, and data security standards.
- Oversee packaging, handling, and transportation of sensitive equipment to avoid damage and downtime.
- Develop and maintain logistics reports, audits, and asset tracking records.
- Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships and logistics partners for seamless operations.
- Support emergency and disaster recovery logistics, including backup hardware distribution.
- Utilize **Tally** (or similar accounting/inventory software) to manage stock records and generate invoices, where applicable.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of logistics experience, preferably in data centers, IT, telecom, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse operations, and transportation planning.
- Experience using **Tally** or similar software for inventory tracking and invoice generation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data center security protocols and handling sensitive equipment.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, logistics software, and asset management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or engineering preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
