In a mission to provide the highest value to our customer’s, Snowflake has launched new capabilities to make our platform fully programmable. These capabilities allow customers to power all workloads on a single platform with Snowflake. Snowpark is one of the key feature sets that make this possible, particularly for data engineering and AI/ML workloads.

In an effort to accelerate customer success around Snowpark adoption, Snowflake is actively pursuing thought leaders to drive strategic customer outcomes with Snowpark across all global theaters.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH**:

- 4+ years of Snowflake and/or Spark sales or sales engineering experience with a proven track record of driving customer success and platform adoption across all workload areas
- Sales or Sales Engineering leadership experience preferred (but not required)
- 10-15 years of industry experience
- Self-starter who can independently manage time and develop internal/external relationships
- Deep understanding of Snowflake's platform across all workload areas and ability to translate new platform capabilities into sales strategies and value propositions
- Deep understanding of the modern data stack ecosystem and ability to differentiate Snowflake compared with the competitive landscape
- Proactive, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- BA/BS required

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Working with account teams to build an Account Plan for achieving technical wins and successful migrations of workloads to drive Snowpark consumption
- Working with Account Executives to build specific messaging and content based on the account plan
- Lead early engagement presentations with clients on our Snowpark capabilities and the value hypothesis for migrating Data Engineering and Data Science workloads to Snowflake
- Pull in Field CTO counterparts to plan and execute POC engagements to achieve technical wins for migrating workloads to Snowflake to drive Snowpark consumption
- Work with cross-functional team to lead and support internal account team enablement efforts around effective Snowpark sales strategies and tactics.
