**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and hybrid UAVs for field missions, tests, and demonstrations.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections, mission planning, and post-flight reporting.
- Ensure flight safety, regulatory compliance (DGCA, MoD, etc.), and real-time monitoring during operations.
- Coordinate with engineers, payload specialists, and field teams for successful deployment.
- Perform field troubleshooting, basic maintenance, and firmware upgrades.
- Assist in pilot training, SOP documentation, and client site operations.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience with autonomous and manual flight modes using GCS software (e.g., QGroundControl, Mission Planner).
- Familiarity with flight controllers, GPS systems, telemetry modules, and UAV regulations.
- Strong situational awareness, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and work in field conditions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- DGCA RPTO/NPNT training or certified pilot (preferred).
- Diploma/Degree in Aerospace, Mechatronics, or related field is a plus.
- 100+ flying hours or experience with agricultural/military drone operations is desirable.
- Fresher with strong practical skills or certified drone training may also apply.
