Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end drone service operations across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for drone deployment, safety, and maintenance.
- Plan, schedule, and allocate resources (pilots, equipment, and drones) to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with DGCA/aviation regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Monitor drone performance, analyse operational data, and suggest process improvements.
- Manage a team of drone pilots, field operators, and technicians, ensuring training and upskilling as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for smooth service delivery.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure timely resolution in the field.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in agriculture, drone technology, or agri-tech services.
- Knowledge of UAV/drone technology and agricultural practices is an added advantage.
Key Skills Required
- Strong operations and project management skills.
- Good understanding of drone applications in agriculture (spraying, mapping, imaging, crop monitoring).
- Knowledge of aviation/drone's regulatory compliance
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, client management, and coordination skills.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel to field/project locations as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹900, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
