Key Responsibilities

  • Establish engineering best practices, agile processes, and quality assurance standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong background in
    software engineering, system design, and architecture
    .

  • Hands-on experience with
    (your startup's stack – e.g., React, , Python, Java, AI/ML, Blockchain, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), DevOps, etc.)
    .

  • Proven ability to build and scale technology products from
    0 to 1 and beyond
    .

  • Experience leading or managing small to mid-sized technical teams.

  • Understanding of
    startup dynamics
    , ability to thrive in ambiguity, and willingness to take calculated risks.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for
    innovation and product excellence
    .

  • Bonus: Prior startup experience or involvement in
    fundraising/investor conversations
    .
