**Job Responsibilities-**

Assign tasks to the team members with the best skills for the job and guide staff members to
ensure the work is done well.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Assist Managers in Sales Strategy Development
- Set clear team goals and KPIs
- Do regular performance evaluation and communicate it to the team in an effective manner
- Motivate teammates to reach individual sales goals and encourage the staff to work better, rather

than harder.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to management. Also, report on team member performance

and mission-related objectives.
- To be able to guide team members in providing excellent service to the sellers of Etsy.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Plan and organize team-building activities
- Should have good knowledge on Excel and data relationship

**Requirement-**
- Proven 0-1 years of experience as a Team lead
- Should have sales industry experience
- Proficient in MS Office. You are a computer savvy (knows their way around an e-commerce

platform, able to use a smartphone and laptop)
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur - 302020, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Team lead: 2 years (required)
- tele sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
