We are looking for Purchase Assistant to manage sourcing activities for raw materials, packaging components, for home care, skin care/ personal care and cosmetics production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify & evaluate suppliers of raw materials needed for our product formulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing & new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize cost-efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with R&D, quality and production teams to ensure alignment of material specs and delivery.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and availability of cosmetic-grade raw materials and packaging innovations.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, Home care manufacturing.
- Knowledge of cosmetic raw materials and packaging is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, or equivalent).
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

**Job Type**: Walk-In

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
