**Primary Responsibilities**
- Build, scale, and optimize digital marketing channels to optimize the entire customer lifecycle.
- Develop a strategy that combines on-page, off-page, and technical elements, to drive ongoing improvements in SEO and organic search results.
- Execute marketing plans (campaigns, live events such as webinars, seminars, networking events, etc.) to help generate leads for the sales team
- Own the paid campaigns and help attain our month-on-month growth goal
- Maximize efficiency through constant experimentation, testing, and analysis.
- Utilize Google Analytics to periodically measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Identify trends and recommend actionable plans based on the insights.

**Experience and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering. Master’s will be a plus.
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Proven ability to create strategies that increase qualified leads.
- Strong hands-on experience using SEO/analytics tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush and Google Analytics, etc.
- Ability to work with mínimal/no supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
