**Position**: Principal Data Scientist
- **Experience**: 8-12 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the development of advanced analytics solutions and machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
- Drive the strategic direction of data science initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation through data-driven insights.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the data science team, guiding junior members in best practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project objectives, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
- Design and architect scalable and robust data infrastructure and systems to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Conduct thorough exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to uncover patterns and trends in large and diverse data sets.
- Evaluate and integrate new data sources and technologies to enhance the depth and breadth of available data for analysis.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, as well as familiarity with distributed computing frameworks like Spark or Hadoop.
- Strong background in statistical analysis, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.
- Demonstrated expertise in data visualization techniques and tools, such as D3.js, Plotly, or Seaborn.
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data storage, processing, and analysis.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex and ambiguous problems using data-driven approaches.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
