- Everyday check mise-en-place as per menu, and focusing on cost control of food items
- He is the main person who check food tasting each and every dish, maintaining standards of food taste and plating
- FIFO should be Maintain daily and reduce food waste

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
