Executive Chef

**Hotel Venky Residency (3 Star)** - Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh 533001 - Leading 3 star hotel with 55 room, 3 banquets upto 700 pax, 200 seater lounge bar & multi cuisine restaurant. This is a full-time on-site role as a Executive Chef at Venky Residency in Kakinada.

**Qualifications**
- Expertise in Cost Management, Menu Planning and Quality Assurance
- Process / SOP -Oriented Approach: Demonstrated ability to establish and follow structured processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in kitchen operations.
- Driven by Challenge: Enthusiastic about tackling challenges and continuously improving kitchen operations.
- Staffing Ability: Experience in hiring, training, and managing kitchen staff6. Specialization in Indian/Continental Cuisine
- Minimum Experience of 5 years in as Executive Chef / Sous Chef role within a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
- Food Presentation: Should present food innovatively and fit for Instagram
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Hotel Management (BHM/DHM), strong communication skills, and effective interpersonal abilities for team cohesion and guest satisfaction.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
