**Pre-Sales Executive - Work Profile**
**1. Lead Management & Prospecting**
- Research and identify potential clients through databases, social media, and market analysis.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Maintain lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
**2. Client Engagement**
- Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand requirements.
- Address client queries and provide basic technical/product information.
**3. Proposal & Documentation Support**
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and quotations in coordination with the sales team.
- Assist in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFQs (Request for Quotation).
- Ensure all documents are accurate, professional, and aligned with client needs.
**4. Coordination with Sales & Technical Teams**
- Work closely with the sales team to provide required client insights.
- Coordinate with product/technical teams for solution designing.
- Support in preparing case studies, product comparisons, and FAQs for clients.
**5. Market & Competitor Research**
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ products, and market pricing.
- Provide insights to sales/marketing teams for strategy building.
- Suggest improvements in offerings based on client feedback and market study.
**6. Customer Relationship Support**
- Build and maintain healthy client relationships before handover to the sales team.
- Ensure smooth communication between client and internal teams.
- Support in nurturing long-term client engagement.
**7. Reporting & MIS**
- Maintain records of client interactions, proposals, and conversions.
- Share daily/weekly status reports with the Sales/Business Head.
- Track performance of pre-sales activities and highlight gaps.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
