Working within our functions departments, you would be supporting all of our businesses within India. Rentokil PCI is the leading pest control service provider in India. The JV brand also focuses on developing industry-leading service operations through the sharing of best practices, innovations, and the use of digital technologies. **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS**: The Global HRIS Solutions Associate is responsible for the Workday Integration with Payroll & external systems The person will report to the Global HRIS Solutions Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Desire to work in a HRIS environment - Work in a team environment (onshore and offshore) that includes work stream management and cross-team collaboration across the globe - Develop and Deploy Integration with external payroll and third-party systems - Accountable for assigned deployments and or reports and/or support tickets assigned by technical lead or supervisor - Interaction with all work streams including functional, conversion and project management - Adapt existing methods, tools, and procedures to create solutions to deliver on client needs - Analyze business requirements to determine integration and or reporting solutions across various types of integrations, documentation of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternate and final decisions. - Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment, Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment KEY DELIVERABLES - Develop Payroll/ Third Party Integration in Workday - Maintain and monitor the integrations - Security configuration for the integrations CORE COMPETENCIES - Workday HCM functional - Business process, security, configuration - Integration - Core Connector, EIB, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio - Complex reporting (including calculated fields) **Requirements**: - Computer Science background - Experience in internet technologies - Programming knowledge using Java,.Net - Work experience between 3-8 years - Excellent client management, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills - Collaborate with stake holders at different management levels **Benefits**: - Attractive Base Salary - Annual Performance Based Bonus - Group Mediclaim Insurance Policy - Travel Reimbursement - Equal Opportunities Rentokil Initial believes in supporting all employees to provide equal opportunities and avoid discrimination.
