**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**:
- Ensure the smooth functioning of office operations, including facility management.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- **HR & Employee Support**:
- Assist in onboarding new employees by handling documentation and orientation.
- Maintain attendance records, leave management, and employee data.
- Support HR in organizing training sessions and meetings.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:
- Maintain and update company records, contracts, and official documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle confidential information securely.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with different departments for operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- **Logistics & Event Management**:
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate courier services and dispatching important documents.
- **Other Administrative Tasks**:
- Monitor housekeeping and office maintenance.
- Address employee queries related to administration.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
